Generated $300K in pipeline from highly targeted outreach
Objective:
Create a targeted campaign to generate qualified leads from architects and designers by offering a branded incentive and gathering information on potential project applications for Vaask’s touchless hand sanitizer system.
Project Overview:
To help Vaask break into new commercial projects, I developed a creative campaign offering a free high-quality branded mug to architects and designers in exchange for insight on where Vaask’s product could best be placed in their upcoming work. This campaign served a dual purpose: boost brand visibility and collect high-quality leads with specific project context.
What I Did:
Developed the campaign concept and messaging from the ground up.
Designed and built a custom landing page in HubSpot featuring a detailed submission form.
Wrote and automated a series of follow-up emails and thank-you messages to maintain engagement and guide leads through the funnel.
Managed all technical setup in HubSpot, including form automation, CRM integration, and lead routing.
Researched, negotiated, and purchased targeted digital placements in major industry publications, including Architectural Record, Airport News Today, and Healthcare Design.
Created custom UTM tracking to monitor performance across every channel and publication.
Oversaw and implemented campaign creative, copy, and coordination with media contacts.
Results:
Collected over 400 highly qualified leads in the exact target audience
Generated over $300,000 in pipeline deal value
Strengthened relationships with top commercial architecture firms
Elevated Vaask’s visibility in key industries through highly visible ad placements
